How to use the Balance Seat

  1. Place the chair on any surface. Sit up straight, feet flat on the floor, without leaning against the backrest.

  2. Lift one foot a few centimeters at a time, keeping your upper body still.

  3. Rotate your pelvis in a controlled circle, keeping your upper body and head still.

  4. Lift one knee at a time as high as possible, hold still.

  5. Tilt your pelvis forward and backward in alternating movements.

  6. Tilt the chair from side to side in a controlled manner.
